Donations are Always Welcome!!!

The Calhoun County Animal Control Center is providing these services to the Calhoun County area: no-cost surrender of injured, ill, and unwanted animals as well as Animal Control Officers working in the community to assist citizens with animal control. To provide proper care to these animals, the Calhoun County Animal Control Center will accept donations of the following items

1. Pet Supplies - Pet taxis, kennels, crates, dog houses, animal bedding (such as cedar chips), dog food, cat food, puppy food, kitten food, cat litter, chain leashes, aquariums, and lids and accessories for aquariums.
2. Building Materials - Pressure treated lumber (2x4, 2x6, plywood), decking board, fencing materials, and tools.
3. First Aid Supplies - Alcohol, peroxide, Vaseline, Q-tips, medical gloves, triple antibiotic ointment, and band-aids.
4. Recycled Goods - Newspapers, shredded paper, aluminum cans, scrap metal, and old towels and blankets.
5. Cleaning Supplies - Bleach, Windex, Mr. Clean, furniture polish, air fresheners, and washing powders.
6. Large Items - Out buildings, utility and livestock trailers, carports/sheds, farm/lawn tractors, and other outdoor equipment.
7. Donations of Time and Money are ALWAYS appreciated!
