Notice of Open Meeting
The Calhoun County Commission is scheduled to meet with the Anniston City
Council and members of the McClellan Development Authority on Tuesday, May
12, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. at the headquarters of the McClellan Development
Authority at 4975 Bains Gap Road in Anniston, Alabama 36205 for the purpose
of discussing the legislation that allows for the McClellan Development
Authority and other matters related to the development of McClellan and
environmental clean-up of McClellan. This will be a “meeting” as defined in
the Open Meetings Act, but no official action is expected to transpire at
the meeting.
