Students from the White Plains Middle School attended todays meeting to extend invitations to the Calhoun County Commissioners. The students invited everyone to attend the White Plains Middle School Veteran's Day Program on November 8, 2011. During their program in November; veteran's will speak, the school choir and band will perform, a video especially made for the program will be shown, and Congressman Mike Roger's will be present. Congressman Roger's will present a flag that was flown over our United States Capital in honor of Aaron Causey, a recent wounded veteran from our area.
