Anniston High School Boys & Girls Basketball Teams take County honors and two students from Wellborn are recognized for outstanding scholastic accomplishments


The Calhoun County Commission is proud and honored to recognize a student in our community who has brought distinction to Calhoun County. Erica N. Bell, a senior at Wellborn High School, has advanced to Finalist standing in the National Achievement Scholarship Program of 2008 by demonstrating through outstanding performance potential for future academic success. Honored Wellborn Student Erica All Finalists of The National Achievement Scholarship Program will be considered for National Achievement Scholarships to be offered to outstanding Black American students in 2008. The Calhoun County Commission, all members concurring, that we hereby commend and congratulate Erica N. Bell for her outstanding accomplishment.
