Calhoun County Board of Equalization Notices
Board of Equalization Valuation Notice's were mailed June 23, 2008.
The notice is not a tax bill. The notice informs the taxpayer of the appraised value of their property. A taxpayer will only receive a notice if their value went up $1,000 or more or if the property changed names.
If a taxpayer does not agree with the value of their property or has questions about why their property value went up, you may speak directly with an appraiser at our office located at 1702 Noble St Ste 106 before July 22, 2008. The taxpayer may also mail a written protest to the same address postmarked no later than July 22, 2008. Additional information and forms can be found on our web site here.
